Not being able to fall asleep or waking up feeling tired is something we all experienced at least once. Sleep holds a big role in keeping our body and mind working smoothly. Neglecting it or sacrificing for other things is going to haunt you later on. While it may seem like you will never have a good night's sleep, don't get discouraged. There are probably some methods that you haven't tried yet. Maybe some of them are hiding in this post.

Sleep is very important for our body and overall help. But having that peaceful eight hour sleep is something we sometimes struggle with. At least I do. I love a good 8 hour sleep. There’s nothing better
than waking up rested and happy. Especially when you have a busy day ahead. But
unfortunately sometimes it can get quit hard to fall asleep, at least for me. I
hate those long night when I just can’t fall asleep and don’t know why. So here
some of the things I like to do to prevent that.
