How long has it been since you spend a decent amount of time in nature?
For a few months, it's been a privilege to go outside and spend time in nature. Thankfully, things are starting to look better but it is still quite overwhelming to actually leave home and be surrounded by people. We all need to spend time in nature and breath in fresh air to stay sane and healthy but the current situation does make it a little bit harder to fully enjoy our time outside. So what can we do?

Last week was the first week of social-distancing. It feels weird writing about it as it makes it feel strange. The start of it was a little bit challenging as this isn't the situation I believe most of us thought would end up in. I knew that the only way to make it a little bit easier to get through is to focus on petite joys. I didn't want to look at it from a negative standpoint. On the contrary, I focused on all the things I could do for myself and for others. First and most important was to STAY AT HOME.
