Eye creams might be one of the most controversial skincare steps in the skincare world. Some people think that eye creams are marketing tricks and that they don't really do much, while others swear about the importance of applying eye creams regularly. So where do I stand? I believe that eye creams that are rich in ingredients that target fine lines and dark under-eye areas can be a helpful addition to the skincare routine.
