I use it after double cleansing with cleansing oil and cleansing foam. It has a little bit thicker consistency but feels light on the skin and absorbs quickly. You can apply it on the toner or directly onto the skin.

Overall, P.CALM Barrier Cycle Toner is a nice toner that quickly calms my sensitive skin. It contains amazing ingredients that can improve skin barrier health and make it stronger. I like this mini size as it is amazing for when I'm on the go and can't take a full-size toner with me.
