1. Stay hydrated from the inside

The natural process of exfoliation is hindered by the dry air and cold environment, resulting in more dead cells remaining on the skin's surface. This causes tightness and discomfort, thus exfoliation should be done on a weekly or biweekly basis.

Exfoliation is a surefire technique to brighten a dull, dehydrated face, but I advise against using gritty scrubs on dehydrated skin because they might irritate it.
