I honestly think that nobody strives to feel sad and miserable. Negativity doesn't exists it's just the lack of positivism. I believe that if you want to be happy you need to choose to be. It's easy to get in bad mood and feel uninspired about life so I have few of my personal tips to feel happier.
DON'T STRESS IT
Nothing is perfect. Stressing over little things i life just want help you at all. In fact it'll make you feel bad and unhappy. Sometimes you just need to let it go so you can grow towards things that can truly make your life better. Stress and fear kills joy and I'm sure that you already know that but repetition is the mother of knowledge. You're doing your best. Give yourself some kredit and be happy.
BE & LOVE YOURSELF
If you don't feel comfortable in your own skin you just won't be happy. Being dissatisfied with your look, social status, where you are in life at the moment wont's help you grow. If you don't like something work on it. But don't exaggerate and find the flaws where they do not exist. We are all different, unique and beautiful in our own way. Learn to love yourself and every day will be a happy day.
FOCUS ON YOURSELF
As everything is growing and moving so fast it's easy to forget about our own needs. We are not robots and yet we sometimes act like ones. If you don't feel energized and ready to get best from everyday you can't be happy with your life. Take some time off and just step back. Have some me time and focus on what you want and need. Do the things you loved but haven't done for ages because of your crazy schedule.
