I love fruits and always try to eat as diverse as I can. Smoothies are just perfect for that. You can use whatever fruit or vegetable you want. I'm more for the fruit ones because I like sweet. I used to do banana smoothie because I like the taste and texture of banana but blackberry one quickly became my favorite smoothie.
I went blackberry picking last week and picked so many beautiful blackberries. My mom made blackberry jam and I made blackberry smoothie. It's so easy and delicious to make. Perfect for breakfast, between lunch or as an energy boost. I used all the natural ingredients and you can always make it different by adding banana or other berry fruits.
Ingredients
1 cup of frozen blackberries
1/2 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of honey
Preparation
- Put milk and blackberries in the blender. Blend it until it's smooth.
- Add honey or any other sweetener.
- I don't like to taste blackberry seeds so I pour it through the filter.
- I took a cute jar and pour my smoothie in it.
It's so tasty and healthy. You can have a nice smoothie with just 3 ingredients. It's tat simple I really want to make more smoothies with different fruits. xx
