Soothe a Sunburn!!
We are all happen if we had a little too long, lying in the sun and looked like red crabs!!!Cold milk compresses are recommended for sunburned skin, allergic reactions, dryness, and eczema. Milk contains lactic acids that help in aiding face redness, since they act as an exfoliant when applied to the skin. Protein, also found in milk, helps soothe the skin by acting as a hydrator, relieving redness, rashes, and irritation. All you have to do is soak a cotton ball in milk and apply to the skin!”
Fight Frizz
The best way to fight frizz is to add product to the hair while it’s wet. Once dry, try not to disrupt hair—this will create frizz. You should also re-apply product throughout the day as needed. Apply the foam to hair while damp, then you can double strand, twist, or scrunch into the hair. Wait for hair to dry, then release.
The sun and chlorine can really wreck havoc on your hair. To boost faded color, try a tea treatment: chamomile for blondes and black tea for brunettes. Steep four tea bags in one gallon of boiling water for five minutes and let it cool. Then, pour it over clean, dry hair. Put on a shower cap and let it sit for 10 minutes. Shampoo and condition as usual and watch your color come back to life!
Stop Excessive Shine
First make sure that you are not using moisturizer on your t-zone (it will just make you look more shiny). Also, be sure to use an exfoliating cleanser daily mask (this product can also be used as a mask once or twice a week for three minutes). Powder sunscreen is also a good way to minimize shine—keep it in your handbag and apply in the afternoon.
